Shipping, Pick-ups & Returns


REGULAR SHIPPING

We ship from Antwerp and deliver within the selected regions and timeframes as indicated during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. We process it as fast as we can, but since we are a small team it can take a little longer in busy weeks and festive seasons. Thanks for your patience!

We work with Myparcel via carriers PostNL and DPD to ship our objects, depending on the destination. Estimated time to arrival once posted is 1-2 working days (Belgium), 2-7 working days (EU) or up to 14 days outside Europe. 

Free shipping rates are available for the following countries and minimum cart totals:

  • Belgium: from €75
  • Netherlands, Germany: from €120
  • France, Luxemburg, Poland: from €150

We ship to the following countries:
Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Poland, and a selection of other EU countries (Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria), as well as Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Should your country not be within our selected shipping zones, please get in touch via hello@wilderwilder.be to ask for options.

Wilder is not responsible for delays that are beyond our control, such as strikes, unexpected closing days or busy periods (such as Christmas) at the postal service. In case anything goes wrong, we do our best to follow it up, keep you updated and get it solved.

Wilder is not responsible for loss or damages after shipping your order. Shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.

ORDER CONFIRMATION + TRACKING

Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt with your order details. A separate email will follow with tracking info. Please allow up to 24H for your tracking link to become active.

In case we have any questions or important information concerning your order we will contact you by e-mail.

IMPORT DUTIES

For orders outside the EU (Norway, Switzerland, UK, US), customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer, even if the order is returned. Please make sure you are aware of your local rules and regulations before completing your order. Kindly note that these charges are based on the declared value of the entire shipment at the time of importation. 

LOCAL DELIVERY (BY BIKE COURIER, ANTWERP ONLY)

Our ‘local delivery’ option refers to a delivery by our courier OoVelo. It is only available for Antwerp addresses within postal codes 2000, 2018, 2060, 2140, 2600. Deliveries take place every Thursday between 10:00-12:30. 

Floral products are only available for local delivery in the Antwerp area or for pick-up in store. 

Local (flower) deliveries are scheduled for the first following Thursday after your order has been placed. They can be ordered until 16:00 every Wednesday (cut-off time for our courier). If your order is placed later, we will check with our courier whether it can still be taken along. If this is not the case, we will notify you by mail and look for a fitting solution.

To ensure a safe and successful delivery, please leave all necessary and correct contact details during check-out, including a phone number. Make sure someone is home to receive your order. Consider adding a neighbour’s address as an alternative in case needed.

In case our courier encounters any problems during delivery, they will contact you by phone. If you cannot be reached, they will try delivery at a neighbour’s or finally bring the bouquet back to us where you can pick it up.


PICK-UPS

Pick-ups can be done during our shop’s opening hours: Wed–Sat, 10:00–18:00.

You will be notified by mail once your package is ready for pick-up. Please show your order confirmation when you come and collect your items.

Please try to pick up your order as quickly as possible, as our space is limited. We will keep your order safely aside and follow up on uncollected orders regularly. 

If you order a flower pick-up, you are asked to specify your preferred pick-up date and time within our opening hours. Try to respect this time as the bouquet will be kept aside especially for you.


RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@wilderwilder.be if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Add necessary proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 14 days upon receiving your order to return any other items purchased online or in the store, with the following conditions:

  • All items should be in original and unused condition with undamaged packaging or labels.
  • Some goods are not eligible for return:
    Perishable goods such as flowers, seeds, bulbs and edibles
    Personalised products and custom-made arrangements
    Sale items and gift cards
  • All returns must first be requested per mail, otherwise they will not be accepted. Wilder reserves the right to refuse any return merchandise.
  • Refunds are only possible for items purchased via the webshop. Items bought in the store can be exchanged for goods or store credit only.
  • The buyer carries the cost and risk of a return shipment.

How to make a return:

(1) Please mail to hello@wilderwilder.be to request a return. Include your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return.
(2) We will issue a return shipping label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
(3) Please allow 1-3 business days for reviewing once your return has been received.
(4) When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
