By visiting this website and/or by placing an order, you explicitly accept our terms and conditions, as set out below. Our terms and conditions may be adjusted over time, so we kindly invite you to visit this page again when browsing our website in the future.
PRICING
All prices are listed in EURO, VAT included. The shipping costs will be displayed upon check-out, when you have specified a delivery address. In case of an international delivery, goods may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
PAYMENT
We support payments via debit and credit cards. All payments are securely handled by Shopify Payments.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
– OBJECTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. We only use the best quality materials, favouring sustainability and durability. We stand behind our brands for their quality which we’ve tried and tested.
Any item on this webshop is thoroughly checked before it goes out the door. Please note many items are handmade or vintage. Small irregularities are part of these objects’ unique nature.
Should you notice any considerable defects upon arrival, please notify us at hello@wilderwilder.be within 7 days after receiving the package.
– FLOWERS
We work with locally grown seasonal flowers, straight from our farmers’ fields. All flowers are cleaned and processed carefully upon arrival to sell them in the best condition.
All floral creations are made and transported with the utmost care. After delivery, the care for our flowers is in your hands. With every bouquet, you will receive a card with care instructions to make sure you’ll enjoy your flowers as long as possible. On our ‘Flower Care’ page you’ll also find useful tips.
Please be aware that each floral creation is different and shaped by our personal touch and the flowers we have available. Any photographic reference is just an indication of style, size and mood.
– WORKSHOPS
We invest a great deal of care and preparation in our workshops and aim to offer you an inspiring, cozy experience. We try to describe our workshops as well as possible online. In case you have any questions or doubts, please mail us at hello@wilderwilder.be. We love to aim for unique results, so be aware any example shown is merely indicative of atmosphere and theme and will not be copied during the workshop.
Your participation is final after payment. You will receive an e-mail with all workshop details about a week before the workshop.
Tickets can be revoked and refunded until 14 days in advance. If you cancel at a later stage, please be aware your reservation cannot be refunded. If you can’t come due to circumstances or illness, feel free to send someone in your place. Just let us know who to expect.
We need a minimum of 5 participants for each workshop. In case this minimum can’t be reached, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop up until 2 days in advance. In case of cancellation, tickets will be fully refunded.
– SERVICES
For our bespoke services, terms and conditions will apply as described in the theme-specific brochures we’ll send you after your request.
LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
JURISDICTION
All agreements/purchases concluded between the buyer and the seller are subject to Belgian Law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts.
