Paule Josephe Store VII, August 2022

For the second time, Tiny Geeroms and Hannah Vanspauwen from Paule Josephe brought a fresh collection of one-of-a-kind garments to Wilder for a 3-day store. Summery inspiration was drawn from lucky charms, shells, the sea and wind, clay figures and visual poems, and worked into shirts, trousers, scarves and dresses using various craft techniques. Hand-marbled prints reinforced the colourful embroideries and Paule Josephe’s trademark smocking added elegant touches to thrifted designs. Happy dog Yuva broke loose from Hannah’s sketchbook to feature in a limited edition poster for our Wilder Affiche series.
