The Not So Everyday Vase is a series of unique vases, created for Wilder by Maya Bolsens as functional objects with the allure of sculptures. Equally beautiful with or without a bouquet, each vase makes a statement with its hand-shaped form and experimental glazing.
This Floral Edition is hand-painted with a naïve pattern of flowers and abstract motifs in shades of cobalt blue and green. Each piece is one of a kind, with slight variations in the hand-painted design.

Antwerp ceramicist Maya Bolsens has created an ecosystem that balances between sculpture and functional art. Strongly driven by instinct and curiosity, she explores raw textures, contrasts, intuitive forms and experimental glazes. Wildly expressive pieces coexist sisterly with smaller homely objects and keepsakes.
