Discover our third Wilder Affiche, designed by Wilder. Inspired by the atmosphere of vintage exhibition posters, this eclectic series of limited edition prints will archive the guests, themes, events and collaborations that colour our store days. Sometimes we’ll design one, sometimes we’ll give free rein to our guest artists.
Wilder Affiche #3 was made to launch our Spring 2022 theme. ‘The Gardeners’ presents a new collection of vintage finds, objects and tools inspired by city gardening, alongside organic bulbs, seeds, soil and the first fresh flowers.
The cheerful, graphic pansy pattern designed by Wilder co-owner Mayken Craenen took shape a couple of months earlier, when we put some modest market-bought pansies in a vintage pot. This match of a classic windowsill flower and a typical Wilder find looked so refreshing to us, that we were completely smitten with the idea to present our take on home gardening for Spring. And so it happened!
