Applicability

By visiting this website and/or by placing an order, you explicitly accept our terms and conditions, as set out below. Our terms and conditions may be adjusted over time, so we kindly invite you to visit this page again when browsing our website in the future.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EURO, VAT included. The shipping costs will be displayed upon check-out, when you have specified a delivery address. In case of an international delivery, goods may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

Payment

We support payments via Bancontact or credit card. All payments are securely handled by Mollie.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. In case we have any questions or important information concerning your order we will contact you by e-mail.

Shipping

Flowers

Bouquets are delivered by bike courier service Cargo Velo within Antwerp postal zones 2000, 2018, 2020, 2060, 2100, 2140 and 2600. On our webshop we always have a Friday flower delivery available that is carried out between 11:00-15:00, and a Saturday delivery that takes place between 10:00-13:00. Both can be ordered weekly until 16:00 the day before delivery. The delivery cost of €7 for these standard options is included in the price. Occasionally we will offer special deliveries for which you’ll find all pricing info and options described in the webshop item.

The exact time of delivery will depend on the schedule of our bike courier. Ideally someone will be home during said hours to accept the delivery. To further guarantee a successful delivery, we ask you to leave your own or the receiver’s phone number in the comments section during check-out. Here you can also give us details on where we can alternatively leave the bouquet (at the neighbour’s, or a safe spot) if necessary. Of course these personal details will only be used to bring the delivery to a good end.

The bouquet formulas offered online are standard options. We are always open to something more made to measure. Would you prefer a delivery on Thursday, or at an address outside our standard delivery zone? Contact us at hello@wilderwilder.be for available options and pricing. Objects

Other articles on our webshop can be shipped worldwide.

We work with Bpost and PostNL to ship our objects. Orders are usually shipped twice a week. The shipping fee will be calculated during check-out.

Estimated time to arrival once posted is 1-2 working days (Belgium), 2-7 working days (EU) or up to 14 days outside Europe. Please take into account that Wilder cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control, such as strikes, unexpected closing days or busy periods (such as Christmas) at the postal service.

All packages are shipped with tracking. You’ll be updated by your local postal service upon arrival. If you want to follow your package’s itinerary, please ask us for the tracking number by mail.

In case you’ve selected an in-store pickup, your package will be waiting for you at our store the next opening day after you’ve placed your order.

Product information

We do our best to picture and describe our products as clear as possible. We source the best quality materials for both floral creations and our home brand Wilder Objects and prefer materials and flowers that are friendly for both mankind and the environment.

Please be aware that each floral creation is different and shaped by our personal touch and the flowers we have available. Any photographic reference is just an indication of style, size and mood.

All floral creations are made and transported with the utmost care. After delivery, the care for our flowers is in your hands. With every bouquet you will receive a card with care instructions to make sure you’ll enjoy your flowers as long as possible.

Any item on this webshop is thoroughly checked before it goes out the door. Please note many items are handmade or vintage. Small irregularities are part of these objects’ unique nature. Should you however notice any considerable defects upon arrival, please notify us at hello@wilderwilder.be within 7 days after receiving the package.

Returns

Floral creations cannot be returned.

For other objects, returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days after you have received the package. Before sending the item(s) back, please contact hello@wilderwilder.be to arrange the return. Orders should be in perfect condition with undamaged packaging or labels. Shipping is at the risk and cost of the client. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. Returns can also be done at our Antwerp store (Provinciestraat 28, 2018 Antwerp).

Jurisdiction

All agreements/purchases concluded between the buyer and the seller are subject to Belgian Law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts.
