This beautiful object is hand-made and designed for Niwaki, a top-notch tool brand, by a company of third generation blacksmiths in Japan. It is remarkably sharp and tough and comes with a canvas cover for safe storage.
- Dimensions – 300 mm, 170 mm blades, 303 g
- Materials – SK-5 carbon steel, FSC beech handles
- Care – Don’t use to cut wire, metal, stone, plastic or any other hard material. Do not twist or apply uneven pressure. Cut diagonally across branches so you cut along the fibres. Use the base of the blades, not the tips, for heavier cuts. Clean and dry after use.
- Please note – The Hori Hori Pro arrives with a splodge of varnish to protect the carbon steel from oxidation during transport. It’s normal for this to be uneven and to rub off with use.
